The specifications for each component is decided on the basis of worst conditions prevailing in India, like minimum & maximum temperature, humidity and voltage supply etc.

Materials procured are selected from reputed manufacturers only with clear specifications & regular quality checks.

Fittings & wiring in the housing is checked for any deficiency very strictly by physical inspection.

Component placement & soldering on printed circuit board is properly checked for any deficiency by physical inspection.

Performance tests are carried out as per specifications using the bench as shown in the photograph below.
 

High voltage test is carried out on each unit by shorting all outgoing terminals and the applying 2.5KV A.C. voltage between the shorted terminals & the body of the unit for 1 minute at the final stage.
 

This ensures that every thing is properly fitted & placed and the transient spikes present in the Electricity supply won't damage our unit.
